A human resource can be said to be competent if it has good performance. Management tasks can be carried out effectively with human resources who have the appropriate performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Individual Competence, Individual Behavior and Job Placement on Employee Performance. The population of this study were all employees of PT. BPR Weleri Makmur with a sample of 100 people as respondents. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires online. Data analysis tools using SPSS version 25. Based on the partial test results, the Individual Competency Variable has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance of 0.698. The Individual Behavior variable has no significant effect on Employee Performance of 0.023. And the Job Placement variable has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance of 0.430. PNM Mekaar Kantor Cabang Semarang Utara. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 20 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jam kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penetapan jam kerja pada PT.
