These dishes have stood the test of time and have become an integral part of the cultural heritage of local communities. By preserving endangered and exotic foods, markets can offer consumers the opportunity to experience new and exciting flavors. This attracts adventurous eaters and helps promote the conservation of rare and valuable food sources. This article aims to study the impact of interactive marketing on consumers' impulse buying intentions in live broadcasts of coffee products. The reason for the topic is that with the development of digital technology, live broadcasts have become an important form of self-media, and live shopping It has also gradually become an emerging consumption method. This study uses an online questionnaire to explore the impact of the "double reduction" policy on parents in Fuzhou and how to deal with parents' educational anxiety. Research shows that the "double reduction" policy has alleviated parents' educational anxiety to a certain extent. Anxiety: The need to bear expensive "one-on-one" tutoring fees, concerns about ensuring and improving the quality of school education, and children's low self-awareness leading to learning quality have declined, but the concept of “scores only” still prompts parents to need extracurricular tutoring. Jenis penelitian ini digolongkan sebagai penelitian yang bersifat kausatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2020 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan manufaktur. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi yang diperoleh melalui situs resmi IDX: www.idx.co.id dan diperoleh dari website: www.yahoofinace.com. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan Uji Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Assumsi Klasik (Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinieritas, Uji Hesteroskedastisitas), Uji Regresi Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji Hipotesis (Uji F, Uji T) yang dianalisis dengan bantuan software SPSS. Dari hasil analisis regresi berganda diperoleh Y = 0,406 + 0,356PL + (0,002)SM + 0,000UP. Sampel penelitian menggunakan 400 responden dari 20 kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Kendal. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa Bauran Pemasaran dan Kualitas Pemasaran berpengaruh positif terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing pada studi Jasa Kurir J&amp;T Express di Kabupaten Kendal.
