Abstract

The modern era increasingly requires humans to process and process data effectively andefficiently to produce accurate information, as is the case with information systems. In producingaccurate, effective and efficient information, the role of computer technology and internet connectioncan solve these problems, we can see that at this time the most widely used media is the website.Website is a web page that contains various media including videos, images, animations and textdocuments which use Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP). Promotion and ordering system PO. CitraDewi is currently still done manually and the database is still stored in written documents, this makesthe promotion and ordering process ineffective and inefficient. So that in this study a web-basedpromotional and ordering information system was built to facilitate maximum ordering because itcan be done anywhere and anytime. A web-based information system was built to be able to carryout the promotion and ordering process at the PO. Citra Dewi. The web can be accessed anywhereand anytime and displays a variety of information as long as it is connected to an internet connection.The promotion and ordering information system is built using the boostrap framework, PHP 5,HTML, CSS, Javascript, and MySQL as the database server.
