The library information system that is running still has problems in managing data<br>such as collecting member data, book data, borrowing and returning transactions and making library<br>reports that have not used a computerized system. The purpose of this research is to find out the<br>current library information system, design a library information system, test and implement it.<br>Methodology of data collection using the method of observation and interviews. The tool used to<br>describe using UML. The software for designing uses xampp as a webserver, phpMYSQL as a<br>database and adobe dreamweaver as an editor for writing PHP files. In making my church application, of course there must be<br>a team that works together to build applications starting from backend developers, frontend<br>developers, and also mobile developers.<br>This research creates a frontend admin for my Church application using the Waterfall<br>which starts by analyzing and describing the problem, designing it to creating a usable system. This research is expected to be implemented on the nutritional status of children under<br>five at the Arga Makmur Health Center, and to determine the level of accuracy obtained from the<br>naive Bayes algorithm and forward selection. This is an experimental research with data obtained<br>from Health center. the data used is based on anthropometric standard with Naïve bayes and Forward<br>selection which are processed using excel and as tool. Based on the results obtained, the classification<br>method using the naive Bayes algorithm and forward selection has a very good accuracy value, and<br>also the forward selection algorithm produces higher accuracy than only the naive Bayes algorithm.<br>In BB/TB status, the accuracy of the nave Bayes algorithm is 94.10%, while the forward selection<br>algorithm produces 99.64%, then BB/U status produces 92.69% for the nave Bayes algorithm and<br>97.80% for the forward selection algorithm, and on TB/U status the naive Bayes algorithm produces<br>86.84%, and 98.53% in the forward selection algorithm. In<br>producing accurate, effective and efficient information, the role of computer technology and internet<br>connection can solve these problems, we can see that at this time the most widely used media is the<br>website.The current data processing system for AKI University Dormitory students is still done<br>manually and the database is still stored in written documents, this makes the data processing process<br>ineffective and inefficient because the data search process takes a lot of time and the data security<br>level is low.<br>The data processing application is built with the Bootstrap framework, MySqli database<br>server, PHP 7, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Even so, the gratification control system can be said to be still not optimal, because the report data has not been stored and integrated in the same storage media. Gratification reports are collected via email or filling out forms directly at the Inspectorate building, while public complaints are collected through the Inspectorate's website. This causes the report recapitulation process to be less efficient and effective. Therefore, a new gratification control information system was created on a web basis, so that the reports sent were stored and integrated in the same storage media. The system is built using the Bootstrap framework and is supported by PHP functions and MySQL-based storage.
