Abstract
Knowledge, capabilities and resources combined with a business strategy will give a product of competitive advantage. Knowledge management is a major source of corporate competitive advantage. Knowledge is a source of strength. It also establishes the foundations of the firm theory. They make the postulate that companies doing better than the market because of creation and the transfer of knowledge within the organization. Companies can grow and be able to deter imitation through recombination of knowledge which is done continuously and apply them to new market opportunities. Key words : knowledge management, Resource Based View , knowledge-based view
