Pemanfaatan Teknologi RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)

Abstract

RFID is a compact wireless technology that utilizes radio frequency for automatic identification toward objects or humans. RFID transmits  information or data between the RFID tag and RFID reader, so it does not need physical contact between them in  communication. The implementation system of RFID needs a local server, a RFID reader, and pre-encoded labels (tags). This server will store all needed data and applications that can read data from the tag by means of the RFID Reader. RFID is a data capture technology that can be used  electronically to identify, track, and store information in RFID tags.  Key words : Radio Frequency Identification, Tag, Reader, Server, System
