Abstract

One system of enterprise resources management is conducting a performance appraisal on employees. Performance assessment is a systematic review of the working conditions of employees carried out formally associated with the standard of working that has been carried out by the company. This assessment is expected to assist the decisions and actions in accordance with the needs of the company. There are several formats/models in assessing employee performance adjusted to the needs at each position and the purposes of organizing the performance appraisal. With the performance appraisal in the organization/company, it will help human resource decisions such as placement, promotion, payroll and others.                         Key words: Performance appraisal, model of performance appraisal, steps in conducting performance appraisal
