Abstract

High performance of salesperson is extremely needed by company to reach  the  sales successfulness. Learning orientation represents one of factor that influence the increasing salesperson  performance. It happens because learning orientation can make salesperson works smart, and has selling ability, so that the performance of salesperson will elevate. The aim of this  research is to analyze learning orientation factor which influence salesperson performance through working smart and working hard. This research applies a theoretical model and  uses three hypotheses using Structural Equation Model (SEM).  The result shows that learning orientation , working smart and working hard have a positive effect to a salesperson performance .  Key words : Learning orientation, working smart,  working hard , salesperson performance
