Sistem Ketatanegaraan Indonesia Sebelum dan Sesudah Amandemen UUD 1945

Abstract

An absolute requirement of the 1945 Basic Law Constitution contains the provisions of administration of state institutions and the provision of human rights guarantees. Basic law constitutional in 1945 as the foundation of the Indonesian Republic set the Human Rights minimally and there were many deviations  in its implementation by the government that tended to put such large power to the president. Based on these considerations, there was an implementation of   amendments or changes of   the 1945 Basic Law Constitution which then carry to the major changes in the system that led to the balance power constitution.  Key words : constitution, amendment, Constitution
