Abstract
Performance measurement yields useful information for management decision making and stakeholders. Strategic and economical decisions hardly require information support of this performance. Performance information also assists to assess management success or whom that is given a trust to manage and handle organization. According to Lohman (2003), performance indicator (performance indicators) is a variable applied to express quantitatively the effectiveness and efficiency process or operation with guidance at the targets and purposes of organizations. It is clearly distinct that performance indicator is a criterion applied to assess the success of organizational purpose achievement  realized in certain criteria.  Key words : Indicator, Performance, Measures Performance, Management Performance
