Abstrak

By the changing of learning paradigm, the success of teaching and learning process both in university and at school is determined not only by teacher/lectures factor but also by the active factor of learner. Nowadays, teacher and students  can get information either from the library or from internet technology that gives ease and vastness in discovering knowledge.
