Hubungan Dukungan Sosial Terhadap Stres Kerja Pada Karyawan Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Pemali Juana Semarang

Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between social support with employees work stress at a large hall Pemali Juana Semarang river area. As for the subjects in this study are employees who still work in the company and the long worked at least 6 months. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data were taken by questionnaire. The processing technique is using product moment correlation with SPSS 15.0 series. The result of this research shows rxy = -0,530; p < 0,01. Key words : social support and job stress
