Abstrak

Adulthood is a time when someone has a clear orientation for the future of him/herself both in finding a life partner, job, and career. The success or failure of a person to perform the adjustment that will affect many aspects of life are closely related to the prestige from the perspective of another person, an individual's self-concept, happiness, and also the effect on each member of his family. The main problems with the adjustment on job in the early adulthood are selection of work, stability achievement in choice and adjustment to the work situation. The extent of success of the men and women performing this adjustment can be judged from the performance, changes in voluntary work and the satisfaction derived from the job.
